ASU was founded in 1987 by Thomas G. Anchordoquy, Mark J. Smith, and Scott A. Underhill and has grown to a team of 17 extremely qualified brokerage professionals that average over 24 years of experience, with many holding prestigious designations from organizations such as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and others.
