Bryan Haupt is one of the senior team members with over 29 years in the real estate industry. Mr. Haupt provides a unique balance to the team having worked for one of Bakersfield’s preeminent development companies for eight years. In addition to his marketing and client relation skills, Mr. Haupt brings the ability to consult on development, project origination and construction oversight matters.
During his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Haupt has worked primarily in the Southern San Joaquin Valley representing developers, tenants and property owners. He has extensive experience in representing his client’s needs whether it be the acquisition of land or new facilities or the disposition of income properties or land. In addition, his working relationship with County and City Officials allows the ability to process entitlements, clearing the pathway for new development.
