Jacob R. Shaw

Jake began his commercial real estate career in June of 2025, specializing in office properties throughout the Bakersfield and greater Central Valley markets. Jake focuses on tenant/landlord representation and investment sales, providing clients with strategic guidance rooted in market insight and financial analysis. A Bakersfield native, Jake graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a degree in Finance.

His sophomore and junior year of college he worked part-time as an inventory analyst at Sierra International Machinery where he assisted in managing an inventory of over 8,000 unique parts. At Sierra, he helped implement a new inventory management system, ensuring less discrepancies and higher efficiency in the sale of parts.

During his senior year of college, he worked as a credit analyst intern for Mission Bank where he homed in on his financial background and skills for risk analysis. Jake’s lifelong connection to Bakersfield and passion for commercial real estate drive his commitment to helping clients achieve their goals with professionalism and integrity. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.
