Tom Anchordoquy began his real estate career in 1977 as a project manager with development responsibilities for residential and industrial projects. He entered the commercial real estate brokerage field in 1979 when he joined Charles Tingey Associates, where he obtained Top Performer status in retail marketing and eventually managed the Bakersfield office. In 1987, Mr. Anchordoquy, along with partners Mark Smith and Scott Underhill, formed ASU & Associates, Inc. Mr. Anchordoquy retired in 2013.
