Jeff Leggio is an experienced retail professional specializing in the pre-leasing, leasing and sales of various neighborhood shopping centers and retail developments throughout Kern County.  Mr. Leggio utilizes extensive knowledge and expertise in asset management.  Mr. Leggio works extensively with clients who buy, sell and lease quality investment properties.  Mr. Leggio has considerable involvement in all phases of retail, industrial and office development including tenant representation, site acquisition, pad sales, ground leases, and build-to-suits.  Mr. Leggio is an International Council of Shopping Center Certified Leasing Specialist with expertise in tenant improvements ranging from restaurants to office and industrial warehouse fixtures.
